Dr. Berenji is a full-time practicing clinical endodontist and a diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.
His multidisciplinary training and years of clinical experience allow him to perceive the association of root canal system, occlusion and ultimate function of the restored tooth in a way few specialists could. He is specialised in minimally invasive endodontics and always starts your treatment with the end in mind.
Dr. Berenji currently, is one of the clinical endodontists at Faculty Dental Practice of University of Pennsylvania in University City, prior to that he was a faculty member of the Microsurgery Course at the Department of Endodontics at UPENN.
After treating more than 15,000 teeth his objective is to provide the highest quality of endodontic services, efficiently with the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.

No one wants to get a root canal. But if you need one this is where to go. Everyone was very nice and professional. I don’t hurt at all and it’s only the next day! Dr. was very concerned and explained everything. Keep up the good work!

When I first read the reviews I thought there was no way they were all good. When I called to make an appointment for a consult, they were able to get me in quickly. Unfortunately, I needed a root canal. I get super nervous about going to the dentist, let alone a specialist. Everyone in this office is so friendly and understanding. Every step was thoroughly explained to me. The worst part for me was the cold test to see if a root canal was needed and the injections to numb the area (I hate shots). After that, it was smooth sailing. No more pain in the tooth! I can eat on that side of my mouth again! They called for a follow up the next day to see how I was doing. I hope I never have to have a root canal again, but if I do, this is where I’m going.
